Dental Implants Auckland
Dental implants are fixtures made out of titanium that are placed within the bone with great precision. When fully integrated with surrounding bone a dental implant serves as a root of a missing tooth. The implant then provides support for the final restoration (a crown, bridge or denture). They have become so popular over the years because they go in easy, work so well and become a permanent solution for missing tooth.

One the day of surgery dentist will start the procedure by injecting local anesthesia to numb the implant placement site. Then with in 10 to 20 minutes implant will be placed and the site will be secured with sutures.
